Kitchen Tip...
Use an ice cream scoop to fill your cupcake liners when you are making muffins or cupcakes.
This ensures equal amounts of batter in each liner and certainly eliminates the mess!
Also great for filling tart shells and
great for serving mashed items like potatoes...makes your plates pretty!
They are available in many sizes and are my go to for so many things.
